How Long Do We Have?

How Long Do We Have?

About the time our original thirteen state adopted their new constitution in 1787, Alexander Tyler, a Scottish history professor at the University of Edinburgh, had this to say about the fall of the Athenian Republic some 2,000 years earlier:

"A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government."

"A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury."

"From that moment on, the majority always vote for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship."

"The average age of the world's greatest civilizations from the beginning of history, has been about 200 years."

"During those 200 years, those nations always progressed through the following sequence:
1. from bondage to spiritual faith;
2. from spiritual faith to great courage;
3. from courage to liberty;
4. from liberty to abundance;
5. from abundance to complacency;
6. from complacency to apathy;
7. from apathy to dependence;
8. From dependence back into bondage"

Professor Joseph Olson of Hemline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota, points out some interesting facts concerning the 2000 Presidential election:

Number of States won by:
Gore: 19
Bush: 29

Square miles of land won by:
Gore: 580,000
Bush: 2,427,000

Population of counties won by:
Gore: 127 million
Bush: 143 million

Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by:
Gore: 13.2
Bush: 2.1

Professor Olson adds: "In aggregate, the map of the territory Bush won was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of this great country. Gore's territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in government-owned tenements and living off various forms of government welfare..."

Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the "complacency and apathy" phase of Professor Tyler's definition of democracy, with some forty percent of the nation's population already having reached the "governmental dependency" phase.

If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty million criminal invaders called illegals and they vote, then we can say goodbye to the USA in fewer than five years. Oh, and by the way, Social Security will collapse, pension funds will default and guess what?...... we all watched it happen.

If you think the great depression of the nineteen-thirties was bad, at least many homes and farms had a garden and livestock back then. We have a refrigerator and a pantry. How long will that sustain a family?

Pass this along to help everyone realize just how much is at stake, knowing that apathy is the greatest danger to our freedom.

Oklahoma Passes Landmark Stock Market Reform Law
by Mark Faulk

The state of Oklahoma today passed landmark legislation dealing with fails to deliver in the stock market, by an overwhelming margin. The final vote in the State House of Representatives was 81-12 in favor of State Bill 979, with eight legislators not present. The legislation will now go to Oklahoma governor Brad Henry to be signed. SB 979 is considered by stock market advocates to be an important step in dealing with an issue that many feel has been ignored at the federal level by both the SEC and Congress.

Although there has been some support at the federal congressional level to tighten or even rewrite laws dealing with stock market reform, the inaction on the part of the SEC has caused millions of small investors, with support from the North American Securities Administrators Association and the U.S, Chamber of Commerce, to refocus their efforts on reform at the state level, making the Oklahoma victory even more significant. Oklahoma representative Guy Liebmann called the overwhelming victory “a clear mandate.”

Last month, in a commentary supporting SB 979 that was published in the Oklahoma City-based magazine NONzine, and reprinted online at The Faulking Truth, I said that: (read more)

Talking Technologies Receives Contract to Provide Broadband Telephone Service for a Major Asian Country

Tuesday April 24, 9:29 am ET

PORTLAND, OR--Nettel Holdings Inc. - Talking Technologies has received a contract from the phone company that services the whole Asian country, to provide Broadband Telephone Service to all their subscribers who wish to sign up.

Talking Technologies Broadband Telephone service uses a technology called Voice-over-IP that allows consumers to make and receive unlimited calls to over 30 countries for a small fixed monthly charge. The advantage of this system is that a computer is not required to make or receive the calls, so it makes calling as easy as picking up the regular phone (even cordless phones) and dialing the number.

The only requirement to use the service is a DSL or Cable Internet connection and any ATA (Analog Terminal Adapter). An ATA adapter can be provided by Talking Technologies if the customer doesn't have one. To start using the service you plug one end of the device into any telephone, the other end into your broadband service, and you've immediately got a regular dial tone just like your traditional telephone service.

The telephone number provided by Talking Technologies broadband phone has the same features and options that are currently available with any local telephone company. This includes Call Forwarding, Caller ID, Three-way calling, Call Transfer, Call Waiting, Call Return, Speed Dial, Anonymous Call Rejection, Hunt group, Voicemail, and plus many more choices.
Talking Technologies will be making a one-time development and engineering fee and also a monthly residual of 26% on all revenue generated from the sales of monthly phone service and long distance calls.

The client is the only telephone company located in the country and they have agreed to market the new service to all their users. Our engineers and developers have already started working on this project and it is expected to be completed by the end of the 2nd quarter 2007.

The Faulking Truth with Mark Faulk - CMKM Diamonds CEO Speaks Out

Sorry folks...........we tried to tell you. We even had Acca on the show and he admitted to everyone that he "made it all up", yet people continued to believe him.

Whatever the reason, now you know the truth from the lips of the CEO himself. Do not lose hope. God created you for a purpose. Whatever you have gone through the past few years has only made you stronger, wiser, and possibly you now posses a sense of humility that you did not before. God loves a humble man. God will exalt a humble man.

Let us all accept with great humility the hand we have been dealt and move on.

Seek that which God created you for, and know Peace, Prosperity, and the Joy that surpasses all understanding.

CEO Updates

To all CMKM shareholders

It has come to my attention that the Abadgoodgirls, Jay Adobes and Acca Dacca’s of this world are spinning my updates as they have done with every update or press release of the past. Your NEW management is going to start treating this company like a real company. The things these individuals are saying are false. There is no delivery coming to your house after the PR on Friday. Please do not listen to rumors of fortunes waiting just around the corner nor rumors of large trust accounts that have been set up with money or other assets to be delivered to shareholders. These rumors are simply not true.

The former Chairman stepping down last month has absolutely nothing to do with a plan. There is no secret sting in place, compartmentalized management or any other such secret operation. This is a very critical time, and if we don’t correct the problems from the past, we will further delay our move into the future. These posters and others like them are part of the problems from the past. Apparently, giving frequent and factual information has not stopped these individuals from preying on innocent shareholders.

It breaks my heart every time I hear of one of these posters stirring up the shareholder base with the excitement of a looming payout. Please understand that these posters are only feeding on your emotions and I cannot allow it to continue. I am currently in discussion with our legal counsel about our legal options against people that post blatantly false information pertaining to our Company.

We are in a rebuilding stage and everything will become more evident after this next press release.

Thank you for your continued support,
Kevin WestCEO

Tuesday - Prosperity for God's People / A Nation Grieves / Free Trial ES Emini System

At we have one goal. Make money.(period).

We are traders ourselves and are using these indicators to trade our own accounts. We are not full of gimmicks and gadgets. We have never offered our indicators for sale to the public before now. Over the past 4-5 years we have done as much development, experimentation and trading, simulated and real, as any other trader.

We started trading the ES then added the ER, the TY, EC and finally the 30 year bonds. The indicators work on all markets but we have decided to focus on the ES(Emini S&P 500) 233 tick timeframe because it tends to have better 'flow' than the others and liquidity should never be an issue. We have experienced issues on other markets(ER) where we have not been able to fill the number of contracts we were trading on most winners and we were always able to fill the full amount on the losing trades.

The ES is only 12.50 per tick/contract so we are able to reduce risk while looking for larger targets. The average target is 2 points and the maximum risk is 1.5 points. That is $75 risk for $100 gain per contract excluding commissions. Obviously the trade setups only need to be better than 50% to make money.

Though we are not permitted to say exactly what the winning percentage has been, we invite you to take our free trial and see for yourselves how well they do. Below you can see where the trade setups were signaled and how they did on 3/29/2007 and if you look at the 'Recent Trade Setups' link you will see how we have done for at least the past few weeks.

Many days have been better than this!
